Code of Ethics and Conduct

Afianci Global Networking

This Code of Ethics and Conduct describes Afianci Global Networking's ethical and conduct guidelines to be observed by its employees in internal relations, as well as with customers; suppliers; global partners; government entities; class institutions and the community.

It aims to understand and disseminate the responsibilities we share and to raise awareness of important legal and ethical issues that may arise in institutional and personal relationships.

The Ethics and Conduct Program is overseen by Afianci Global Networking's Ethics and Conduct Committee, which is made up of the following representatives:

  • Managing Director
  • Commercial Director
  • Commercial Manager
  • Logistics Manager
  • Human Resources Analyst
  • Legal advice

Our work environment must be engaged in a culture aimed at optimizing existing material and human resources and promoting the conditions that are essential for harmony in relationships between employees, our internal and external partners, as well as with customers.

Everyone is expected to live together with satisfaction through professional competence, efficiency, enthusiasm, ethical relationships and mutual respect.

Important: This document is not intended to cover all of Afianci's policies, procedures and standards. It contains basic principles and illustrations of the way the organization has chosen to operate, in order to clarify initiatives and decision-making. The behavior expected of each employee in carrying out the company's activities, as well as the standards adopted for the full operation of the business, will be listed in the Internal Regulations document, available to all staff.

Code Guidelines

  • Responsibility and Actions: Maintaining synergy with the brands that Afianci represents on the international market, seeking to ensure that each deal generates a relevant economic return in response to the quality of the services.
  • Relations with clients and partners: Afianci bases its relations on ethics and legality, based on appreciation and moral principles, with professional competence, efficiency and politeness in dealing with its employees, partners, clients and other entities.
  • Customer service: Providing customers with quality care and service, identifying their needs and meeting their expectations. Maintain secrecy and confidentiality of information and documents transacted. Answering calls, e-mails and social media with cordiality and promptness.
  • Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations: Afianci is guided by the law and respects it at all times. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations must always be observed. Employees must comply with the company's professional and internal rules and regulations.
  • Professional integrity: Everyone is expected to act impartially. In unforeseen situations, it is necessary to balance conflicts of interest in accordance with the Compliance Manual, the LGPD and the Internal Regulations.
  • Suppliers and Foreign Trade: Comply with port, airport, road and rail regulations, as well as other regulations pertaining to foreign trade. Obtaining illicit advantages before the authorities is forbidden and may result in dismissal for just cause or termination of contract.
