Radamés Parmeggiani
Born in Ana Rech, in Caxias do Sul, where he still lives today, he is founder and CEO of Afianci Global Networking.
He has a degree in International Trade from UNIFTEC, a post-graduate degree in Business Management from FGV and has worked at the Innovation Lab at Harvard University, In the United States, Radamés specialized in importing and developing suppliers abroad - with a strong presence in the Chinese market.

Company history
The trajectory of Afianci Global Networking began in 2013, when it was founded, Radamés Parmeggiani, I was already working in international trade.
During his first trips to China, Radamés spotted a promising opportunity: a country with few forests and a high demand for imported wood.
Afianci was born there.
In just one year, the company has become the largest exporter of wood from the Port of Rio Grande to China, with a team of more than 100 professionals and its first branch in the Asian country.
But in 2015, the crisis in the Chinese construction sector changed the scenario. The market shrank and the company had to reinvent itself.
With the experience he had acquired over the years, Radamés transformed the challenge into a purpose: to create a company capable of solving, in one place, all the obstacles faced by those working in foreign trade.
The new Afianci was born - with the mission of simplifying international operations e transforming knowledge into practical solutions.
As of 2017, the company began a phase of consistent and exponential growth, sustained by quality deliveries, reliability in operations and constant innovation.
Then came new milestones: the opening the first office in China, The company was certified as an international freight forwarder and, in the following years, new branches were opened in Santa Catarina and the United States.
In 2023, its own office in Shanghai gained even more strength with the China Hub launch - an ecosystem of solutions aimed at supporting Brazilian companies wishing to expand their business in the country.
And because innovation is part of our DNA, in 2025 Afianci took another decisive step: the formation of a joint venture with the Union Logistics, one of China's largest logistics operators.
As a result, we are now able to offer importers a complete range of integrated solutions of supply chain and logistics on Chinese territory.
Today, with 12 years of history, Afianci is recognized as the Serra Gaúcha's largest international trade consultancy, It serves companies all over Brazil - in Rio Grande do Sul alone, there are more than 60 cities.
A pioneer in the import of photovoltaic equipment and industrial machinery, our international trade platform already has more than 300 clients served, 14,000 processes carried out, R$ 7 billion moved and more than 1 million tons in imported and exported products.
